If you do not receive the Paypal “Pay with a credit or debit card” option it is likely that at some point you have selected the Paypal Stay logged in for faster purchases option which needs to be turned off.

To turn the option off

First log into your Paypal account    

click the Profile icon (top right corner of page)    

click Profile and settings    

then click Account settings (left hand side heading list)    

then scroll down and click Edit in the Stay logged in for faster purchases section    

and then click Turn off One Touch™ on all devices

You will also need to either log out of paypal or not view a Paypal page in your browser for 15 minutes.

To turn the option back on again.

Click the Activate One Touch™ button in the Edit Stay logged in for faster purchases section

and then click the Turn On One Touch™ button.
