Entitlements** Return to contents
In return for funding a translation of the website, the recovery download, questions, answers, examples or sorting, you would be entitled to receive the following**:
- Translation of the recovery download: A logo / image (including a personal photo) / coat of arms / flag / and or name (of your choice*) and credit on the front page of the translated recovery download, on the home page of the translated website (if one has been translated), and at the download point on the download page/s. And a multiple contributor fading in and out logo / image (including a personal photo) / coat of arms / flag / and or name (of your choice*) and credit on the home page of the English website. And also be entitled to receive first position in the recovery download list for that language.
- Translation of the website: A logo / image (including a personal photo) / coat of arms / flag / and or name (of your choice*) and credit on the home page of the translated website. And a multiple contributor fading in and out logo / image (including a personal photo) / coat of arms / flag / and or name (of your choice*) and credit on the home page of the English website.
- Translation of questions, answers and examples: A logo / image (including a personal photo) / coat of arms / flag / and or name (of your choice*) and credit on the questions, answers and examples pages that have been translated, on the home page of the translated website (if one has been translated), on the front page of the translated questions, answers and examples download/s, and at the download point on the download page/s. And a multiple contributor fading in and out logo / image (including a personal photo) / coat of arms / flag / and or name (of your choice*) and credit on the home page of the English website. And also be entitled to receive first position in the questions, answers and examples download list/s for that language.
- All logos / images / coats of arms / flags / and or names etc and credit will be located within the top half of a website page or within the top half of the first page of the translated document. And, in the case of website pages, may be static or fade in and out, dependant on the number of contributors for that website and the wishes of the contributors for that website.
- First option to translate new web pages, documents, questions, answers and examples; and first option to sort questions and examples, will be given to existing contributors.
- Logos / images, names and credit wording may be added after a translation has been uploaded and may be changed at any time.
- If an uploaded translation does not become the primary translation for the recovery download, the website, or questions, answers and examples (unless it is of an unacceptably poor standard or it is found to contain inappropriate language such as swearing, illegal, intolerant or racist statements, statements that may harm our reputation, or harm us financially, or any other inappropriate content), the translated recovery download and questions, answers and examples will still be available for download on the selected language download page/s (unless otherwise indicated when uploading the translated documentation) along side a supplied image / logo, name, credit etc.
* Logo / image size may be limited dependent on available space, the number of contributors for that website, and the wishes of the contributors for that website.
Credit wording may not contain any inappropriate language such as swearing, illegal, intolerant or racist statements, statements that may harm our reputation, or harm us financially etc, and may also be limited dependent on available space, the number of contributors for that website, and the wishes of the contributors for that website.
(For example: If there were many contributors for a website, it may not be reasonable to display one logo or image at a time, and if there were many contributors, the credit wording for each contributor may be limited in length or (if acceptable by all contributors) a single entry suitable and agreed on by all contributors displayed at a particular time.)
** Only the first translation received of a reasonable standard will receive the above entitlements.

Please also note: to avoid disappointment, please contact me first before beginning a translation, as a translation may have already been recently uploaded and not as yet published or an existing funded translation may be in the process of being translated etc and you may not receive entitlements.
If you are the only contributor for a translated website, including sorting, you will be the only contributor to be shown on the home page of the translated website, the translated assistance web pages and downloads***, and the translated recovery download.
*** If additional items are added for download at some future date, or if translations are uploaded etc, a logo / image plus credit may be placed alongside or near the download point on the download page/s only.
- Sufficient proof of identity will be required before publishing personal photos on the website/s or downloads.
- An uploaded translation will only receive logo / image, name and credit entitlements, if a logo / image, name and credit wording etc was uploaded, and permission to publish them was selected when uploading the translated documentation.
- Entitlements do not extend to copies of documents made by other parties outside of recovery-
from- mental- illness.com. (For example: copies made by the general public etc)
- Entitlements also do not extend to translations of websites and documentation paid for by us.
- If a company, service or individual is no longer contactable for any reason (For the purpose of correcting credit wording), and the wording for a translation credit needs to be altered, the credit wording may be altered without notice.

For so long as the web page or part thereof has been translated by the company, government department, individual etc, or until the website is closed down.

For so long as the document or part thereof has been translated by the company, government department, individual etc.
Additions and minor changes to websites and documents Return to contents
After the recovery download or the website have been translated, a company, government, service or individual etc may also choose to translate any minor changes that are made over time or not. If the company, service or individual chooses not to translate any minor changes, and minor changes are translated by another company, service or individual, what can honestly be written in credit may be affected and may need to be altered. For example: Website translated by or with the support of Professional Translation Services, or website translated by or with the support of Professional Translation Services and another translation service.
Additional questions, answers and examples submitted over time Return to contents
After existing questions, answers or examples pages have been translated, questions, answers and examples will likely continue to be submitted. Only unique or new (not repeated) questions, answers and examples will be added to the questions, answers and examples web pages. If a company, service or individual chooses not to translate additions to the questions, answers and examples pages, and additions are translated by another company, service or individual, what can honestly be written in credit may be affected and may need to be altered. For example: Examples translated by or with the support of Professional Translation Services, or examples translated by or with the support of Professional Translation Services and another translation service.

Unless required by law, email and other communications shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from both parties.
Sorting or translating questions and examples
Unless required by law, it is not permitted to publish or disclose or cause or permit the disclosure of questions or examples, or the names, email addresses and personal information associated with questions or examples, outside of recovery-

If a company, government department or individual etc wishes to terminate an agreement, they may do so at any time by giving written notice.
This agreement may be terminated by recovery-
- The contributing party is unable to carry out any of its obligations under this agreement for a period of 14 days.
- It becomes illegal for either party to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement.
- The contributing party is wound up, dissolved, goes into liquidation, or is placed under official management, or in receivership and is unable to carry out any of its obligations under this agreement.
- If it becomes known that a company or individual is or has been involved in illegal activities, or activities that are unacceptable, or for any other reason, and by association they may harm our reputation or harm us financially, we reserve the right to terminate their contribution agreement and remove credit for their translations.
- If questions or examples, or the names, email addresses and personal information associated with questions or examples have been published or disclosed or caused or permitted to be disclosed without prior written consent from the sender.
Poor translations Return to contents
- If a website translation, the recovery download or translations of website questions, answers and examples was submitted that was of a poor or unsatisfactory standard and the contributor did not wish to, or was unable to provide a better translation and a better translation was available to us, we reserve the right to change translations and credit for the translation/s on the translated website, the recovery download, and possibly also the fade in out credit on the English website.
Other
- If a translation was uploaded without any contact details and becomes the primary translation for the recovery download, the website and/or questions, answers and examples, it may be changed at any time without notice.
Written Notice
- An email or letter sent to a currently advertised email or postal address and the last known address given by the contributor, constitutes written notice.

Definitions
“Costs, damage, loss or injury (of any kind)”, means costs of any kind, damage of any kind, loss of any kind or injury of any kind.
“Legal proceeding, lawsuit or litigation (of any kind)”, means legal proceeding of any kind, lawsuit of any kind or litigation of any kind.
